HOW IT WORKS
THE PROCESS

SPREAD THE WORD
Do you know someone who’s engaged or soon to be engaged? Let them know about your experience with Hayek Studios and to inquire to see if we’d be a good fit.

TELL THEM TO FILL OUT THE REFERRAL FORM
When your friends and family inquire, tell them to fill out our referral form. If they inquire on a different platform, they must mention your name.

WAIT FOR BOOKING COMPLETION
After your referral inquires, we’ll take them through our booking process to see if we are a good fit. Once they are booked, we’ll reach out to notify you.

RECEIVE YOUR REWARD
You’ll receive your payout 1-3 days after booking completion via your preferred payment method.

Are there any restrictions on who I can refer?
You are welcome to refer anyone who may be interested in our wedding photography services. However, referrals must be individuals or couples who have not previously booked with Hayek Studios.
How will I receive my rewards?
Your rewards will be processed and delivered to you through the preferred payment method you have provided to us. We ensure a seamless and efficient payout process for all our referrers.
How will I know if my referral has successfully booked with Hayek Studios?
Once your referral has completed the booking process and their event details are confirmed with us, we will notify you via email or phone to inform you of the successful referral. You can also reach out to us for updates on the status of your referrals at any time.
Is there a limit to the number of referrals I can make?
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or the rewards you can earn. Feel free to refer as many individuals or couples as you like, and we'll ensure you're rewarded accordingly for each successful booking.
What happens if my referral cancels their booking?
If a referred client cancels their booking before the event, the referral payout associated with that booking will also be canceled. However, if they reschedule their event and retain our services, the referral payout will remain valid.
Are there any geographical restrictions for referrals?
Our referral program is open to clients worldwide. You can refer individuals or couples regardless of their location, and you will still be eligible for rewards.
Can I refer someone who has already contacted Hayek Studios?
If the individual or couple has already made initial contact with us regarding their wedding photography needs, they may not be eligible for referral rewards. Referrals should be individuals or couples who have not previously engaged with Hayek Studios.
What if my referral forgets to mention my name when booking?
To ensure you receive credit for your referral, it's important that your name and/or referral code is mentioned at the time of initial reach out. If your referral forgets to mention you, kindly ask them to reach out to us with your name and contact information, and we'll make sure you're properly credited.
Is there a limit to the number of referrals I can make per year?
There is no specific limit to the number of referrals you can make within a given timeframe. You are encouraged to refer as many eligible individuals or couples as you like, and we'll ensure you receive rewards for each successful booking.
